Technical Customer Support

Your mission :

Attached to the technical manager, you are in charge of technical support and support for users and customers (SSL certificate, electronic signature, S/MIME …). You realize user support level 1 and 2 according to the contracts. You also intervene in the maintenance of the information system of the structure (Server, Network, workstation …).
You will participate in projects delivery related to the company and/or BlueCerts customers:
• Modeling project
• Evolution of the information system

Your profile :
Computer skills, networks or telecommunications Knoweldge, you justify a successful experience of at least 2 years in general computer and network protocol.
• You are passionate about new technologies and computer security.
• You want to join a fast-growing dynamic company.
•You master :
o Linux server o Windows server
o Windows workstation
o VMWare environment
o Opensource software
o Protocols and network architecture
• Mastery of English and French necessary.
• Qualities: Autonomy, dynamism, creativity, strength of proposal.
• Writing skills: writing technical documents (French and English.
